Every effort is made to facilitate us running on time. You will be allocated an appointment time slot appropriate to the planned treatment. Our software reminder system uses emails and text messages to remind you and in that way help you keep your appointments. We understand that things change and perhaps an appointment needs to be rescheduled. In that event 24 hours’ notice is required. Cambridge Dental reserves the right to charge for missed and late appointment changes.
Payment is usual on the day of treatment unless a prior arrangement has been made and agreed upon. In the case of comprehensive treatment a payment plan option can be discussed with your dentist.
